1) Enter your payment information. Make sure all sections
are complete and accurate.
2) Enter your monitoring information. This is how ORCA
knows what to do if your alarm goes off.
3) ORCA sends you a monitoring agreement. The information
you provided online will be filled in, and a return envelope provided.
4) Read the entire agreement.

(800) 316-0235.
5) Sign the agreement. This authorizes ORCA to begin
monitoring service. Be sure to sign page 2 (Terms and Conditions)
6) Mail the completed signed agreement to ORCA. Use the
return envelope we sent you. Retain the yellow copy for your records.
7) Install your system. If you need help installing your
system, you can get technical help on this site or call our 24-hour technical support
department at (800) 316-0235
8) Call ORCA to have your system programmed and tested.
IMPORTANT: Monitoring
Services will not begin and ORCA will have no obligation to notify the police or people on
your emergency contact list until we have received, PROCESSED AND APPROVED (1) a COMPLETE
copy of the Monitoring Agreement signed by you; (2) payment for monitoring service; and
(3) test signals from your alarm system. In the event of our disapproval, our only
obligation is to refund you any advance payment you have paid to us for monitoring.
